Return and Refund Policy

1. ⁠Alterations are complimentary within 3 months of purchase. Thereafter, a 10%  alteration fee will be charged on the total outfit value.

2. ⁠We do not have a return and refund policy. As each piece is made to order to minimise textile waste, we do not encourage returns.

3. ⁠If any, refunds are issued in the form of a credit note. Items must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase to our flagship store before a credit note can be processed.

4. We do not accept any exchanges or alterations for items marked as FINAL SALE.
